We are a drone mapping and data analytics hub with the intent of creating a learning ecosystem that enables local solutions in Zambia.

We aim to build an inclusive and sustainable drone ecosystem driven by a passion for solving local problems. We provide services with meaningful socio-economic solutions by creating a tailored STEM program curriculum adapted to bridge the local learning gap in Zambia.

Through the use of appropriate robotics and supportive software and hardware technologies, we address local challenges faced in different sectors, such as disaster management, urban planning, infrastructure, agriculture, and public health.

Services

We deliver professional training and youth programs to strengthen local capacity. We carry out pilot projects together with government stakeholders and local non-profit organizations for agriculture, infrastructure, disaster management, delivery of essential goods to remote communities anymore. Our services focus on the following main areas:

Local Capacity Building

We strive to simplify drone technology to Zambians by offering programs involving DIY (Do-It-Yourself) drone training, with the aim of developing skills in assembling and maintaining small drones.

Knowledge Exchange

We organize webinars, community engagement workshops, various events and demos to openly share our knowledge and experiences.

Ecosystem Building & Facilitation

We provide expertise on using drone technology, test new solutions and continuously research new applications in key areas such as urban development, disaster management, agriculture, public health in collaboration with leading experts, hobbyists and academia.

Sector Applications & Projects

We work closely with local drone companies and project leaders to promote initiatives using drone technologies and provide an atmosphere where anyone with an inclination to drone technology can explore drone solutions.

Advocacy & Policy Support

We provide advisory services in shaping policies that promote a safe use of drones, one such example is working with Zambia Civil Aviation Authority in creating a framework to regulate custom made fixed wing drones.

Youth/STEM Programs

We engage students in various STEM-related activities and programs to give them early exposure to drone-technology. We are planning on creating a drone ecolab for designing and processing imagery for mapping and survey purposes.

Assessments & Advisory

We accompany local organizations, communities and governments in learning how drones can provide them with new methods of assessing impact and monitoring activities.
