At India Flying Labs, we aim to build capacity and empower youth and women in the fields of drones and allied technology for social, humanitarian good for sustainable skilled innovation. We want to shape the future of sustainable education, blending innovation and empowering advanced e-learning platforms accessible globally.

Services

We work with different stakeholders and communities to provide services that create an impact with onground action. We continue to build on our SERAI framework wherein we work in the areas of Skilling, Education, Research, Advocacy and Innovation with drones and allied technologies. We provide a range of services which can be grouped into the following thematic areas:

Local Capacity Building

We offer hands-on training and project support in drone piloting, data collection, and analysis for individuals, organizations, and government entities. We are a DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO), enhancing stakeholders' abilities to leverage drone technology effectively. This empowers communities, fosters sustainable growth, and reduces reliance on external support. We conduct STEM programs and activities in local languages.

Knowledge Exchange

We organize dynamic webinars, seminars, workshops, and conferences to share cutting-edge advancements and applications in technology. These events create a collaborative learning environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas and keeping participants updated on industry trends. Our mission is to drive innovation and deepen the understanding of drones' impact across various sectors.

Sector Applications & Projects

We execute pilot and research projects in conservation, architecture, health, agriculture, and disaster response. We provide specialized consultancy services in drone technology, offering expertise in digital twinning, photogrammetry, heritage conservation. Services include creating 3D models, conducting detailed aerial surveys, generating accurate digital elevation models, performing watershed and flood analysis, monitoring construction projects, and providing cut-n-fill/volumetric analysis. We also offer aerial videography and inspection services for structures such as windmills, electrical power lines, solar farms, dams, and heritage. Our consultancy solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse industries, ensuring effective project outcomes.

Ecosystem Building & Facilitation

We unite stakeholders to build a sustainable and secure drone ecosystem in India. Our efforts center on fostering collaboration, innovation, and best practices to nurture a strong drone industry. By creating an inclusive environment, we promote safe and effective drone operations.

Advocacy & Policy Support

We offer tailored guidelines and best practices for safe drone use, specifically designed for local contexts. Our expertise supports policymakers and advocacy groups in implementing robust regulations and standards. Leveraging our international network, including involvement in G20 advocacy for lifestyle and environmental initiatives, we ensure responsible and beneficial drone integration.

Youth/STEM Programs

Our programs inspire youth by engaging them in STEM fields through interactive activities and tailored curricula. We promote gender balance and nurture the next generation of innovators by linking theoretical knowledge with practical drone applications. These initiatives aim to ignite interest and cultivate skills in technology and engineering.

Entrepreneurship Programs

We empower aspiring entrepreneurs through our “YUVA” programs, where students can interact and receive career guidance from teachers and subject experts. These programs help develop viable business models and scale operations, providing support such as market access, business development resources, and mentorship. Our goal is to foster a vibrant and sustainable drone ecosystem by transforming innovative ideas into successful enterprises.
