Empowering Individuals and Communities with Drones & Robotics.

Sierra Leone FL Promoting STEM Sierra Leone training

About

Our mission is to strengthen Sierra Leone’s capacity to use drones and Artificial Intelligence for social good, bridging global knowledge with local expertise and ensuring that robotics technology contributes to sustainable development and inclusive growth across the country.

Our collaborative approach involves organizing workshops, holding policy dialogues, and providing expert insights to help stakeholders understand the potential of drone technology in areas like disaster response, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure development.

Sierra Leone Web Drone Awareness Outreach

Sierra Leone Flying Labs promotes STEM education through seminars, lectures, and drone clubs in universities and schools, fostering a new generation of drone professionals. We organize drone meetups to build an interactive ecosystem, map informal settlements, support disaster response with the National Disaster Management Agency, and work with the Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority to review drone regulations.

Services

Sierra Leone Flying Labs fosters STEM education, enhances disaster response capabilities, and supports the growth of the local drone ecosystem. Through targeted training programs, advanced drone mapping, and collaboration with regulatory bodies, we empower communities with technology-driven skills and solutions to address local challenges effectively. In disaster response, we deploy drones to rapidly assess affected areas, providing real-time information that enables emergency teams to coordinate relief efforts more effectively and ensure aid reaches those in need.
