Emergency Preparedness and Response Training in Bhutan

Disaster sector-specific training for professionals in Bhutan in partnership with WFP Bhutan

Nepal Flying Labs collaborated with World Food Programme in Bhutan to train 40 participants on drone applications in emergency preparedness and response. The six-day training employed both theoretical, practical sessions and disaster simulation exercise. This training led to the creation of a drone task force where different organizations from different ministries are familiar with one another and can coordinate for drone operations.
