On May 6th 2025, Brazil Flying Labs connected with approximately 95 Advertising and Propaganda students at PUC Campinas. The event immersed future communication professionals in artificial intelligence (AI) and drones, exploring the vast potential of these technologies as well as their ethical challenges.
The central aim was clear: to bridge Brazil Flying Labs' innovative experiences with the curiosity of emerging communication talents. We firmly believe familiarity with technologies like drones and AI is crucial for future communication professionals, enabling richer, more impactful narratives aligned with a transforming world.

The presentation, led by Marcelo Camargo, Coordinator and Technology Director at Brazil Flying Labs, offered a comprehensive overview of Brazil Flying Labs' work. He talked about strengthening local capacities with cutting-edge technologies and presented impactful project examples from 2024. Advertising students saw drones used for environmental monitoring, risk area mapping, and other value-generating applications.
A highlight was the in-depth discussion on AI and its complex ethical challenges. Marcelo guided the conversation, encouraging students to reflect on ethics in AI development and application, especially in communication and marketing. They explored algorithmic biases, data privacy, and responsible technology use, preparing the future professionals for an AI-driven landscape.

The key takeaway shared with PUC Campinas students lies in the synergy between technological innovation and human creativity. Drones and AI are not just technical tools; they are platforms for new storytelling, audience engagement, and resonant messaging. By sharing Brazil Flying Labs' experiences, our goal was to inspire these young talents to explore communication's frontiers, integrating these technologies ethically and strategically in their future careers.
Brazil Flying Labs thanks PUC Campinas for the opportunity to connect with their talented students. We extend our deep gratitude to Professor Matheus Alberto Bueno of the Advertising and Propaganda classes and Director Hugo Gimenes de Lima, both of PUCC, for their support in making this enriching event happen.
