Drone Training for Agriculture in Bhutan

The training aimed to build foundational knowledge of drone technology, focusing on agricultural applications, flight operations, and data analysis.

Bhutan Flying Labs, in collaboration with GovTech Bhutan, organized an intensive 21-day in-person training in Thimphu to advance the use of drones in agriculture. The training brought together 33 participants, including 27 government staff and 6 members of Bhutan Flying Labs, all sponsored by GovTech Bhutan. With a gender ratio of 10 women to 17 men, the program was fully funded, making it accessible to all selected participants.
