Orlando Perez Richiez

Orlando is a Systems Engineer from The Technology Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC) with an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He was responsible for developing The National Entrepreneurship Program for The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, supporting local universities in the development of curriculum and programs regarding entrepreneurship. Orlando also fostered the creation of various E-Centers.
Orlando was appointed Executive Director of EMPRENDE in 2011. Responsible for the management of various projects funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in 2010 and 2016, as well as by the African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) Science and Technology Programme (2009).
