Olivier LEA is a project manager with over 8 years of international experience. Holding an MBA in Business Strategy and a background in Chemical Engineering, Olivier LEA combines a methodical approach with an innovative vision for managing complex projects.

As co-founder and project manager at Inon Drone, Olivier LEA led an innovative project for transporting biomedical products by drone, demonstrating his ability to apply drone technology to critical challenges in the healthcare field. His experience includes close collaboration with government authorities, the private sector, and civil aviation, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational safety.

Olivier LEA has also significantly contributed to the development of the drone industry in Senegal, notably by participating in the design of a procedures manual for the use of professional and consumer drones implemented by ANACIM. His strategic vision and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams have been demonstrated in various leadership roles, including as agency head at ILEX Ascenseurs.

Olivier LEA currently holds a key position at Kranth and Senegal Flying Labs, where he continues to develop and apply his expertise in drones and project management.
