Mohammed Rahmoun is a Doctor with a PhD from I.E.E.A Lille, France, and doctoral thesis from My Ismaïl University Faculty of Sciences of Meknes, Morocco. Mohammed currently serves as a Professor of higher education at ENSAO, he is Head of the Electronics, IT and Telecommunication department and is responsible for the Electronics, Computer Systems and Networks Engineering branch. He is also director of the Laboratory of Electronic, Computer and Imaging Systems and author of a patent published in 1997. Mohamed is one of the founders of the private engineering school SupMTI Oujda.
