Daniel is pursuing a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences at the Universidad Iberoamericana with the Community Smart Microgrids, a project focused on technology appropriation and implementing community microgrids. He is also an independent consultant at Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, analyzing alternatives for energy savings and designing and implementing energy-saving measures. In addition, he lectures at IBERO and is also a member of the Advisory Board of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the Universidad Iberoamericana.
