Charles Munyaradzi Kamba

Charles Munyaradzi Kamba is a Zimbabwean civil engineer based in Namibia and co-owner of Kanie Supply and Distribution Chain CC. He obtained his B Eng. (Honours) Civil and Water from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), in Zimbabwe. He is currently registered with the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers and the Engineering Council of Namibia as an incorporated engineer in training. Charles has working experience from a Namibian engineering consulting firm, where he gained experience in geotechnical investigation, engineering and quantity surveying, bid document preparation, design and construction supervision of building structures, sewer and water reticulations, roads networks and drainage, as well as contract administration. He also amassed knowledge in pre-planning, project management, undertaking feasibility, and Master Plan studies, as well as requisition and procurement for both contractors and specialist services. In addition to the above mentioned, he is a member of the Namibian Society of Engineers (NASE). As the Namibia Flying Labs coordinator Charles is in charge of administering and spearheading planned projects by working closely with the assistant coordinator and resources and mobilization officer. He organizes, attends and participates in stakeholder meetings. Charles is also the drone pilot and is responsible for pre-flight checks, operational monitoring, and organization, as well as data handling, processing, and interpretation.
