César is a graduate of Informatics and Multimedia Systems from Luanda Telecommunications Institute (ITEL). He is experienced in video capture, editing, photography and the creation and recording of scenarios. He has worked as a videographer for more than 3 years, developing advanced video editing techniques, and creating content. César is also a trained drone pilot working at Angola Flying Labs.
