Cameroon Flying Labs Relaunches With Renewed Energy, Focus on Local Solutions

Armed with local knowledge and expertise, Cameroon Flying Labs is renewing its focus on solutions for agriculture, infrastructure, and disaster management.

December 22nd, 2022

The Cameroon Flying Labs team aims to promote the responsible use of drones and robotics in addressing real-life challenges. Armed with local knowledge and expertise, plus support and guidance from the Flying Labs network, Cameroon Flying Labs is renewing its focus on solutions for agriculture, infrastructure, disaster management, and more.

The team has already conducted several successful projects, including two land surveys. One was conducted before the construction of a solar power plant in Cameroon’s northern region, and the other at the Douala seaport for a project to expand the riverbank and warehouses in the area. The team credits the success of these projects to their focus on international best practices and deploying the best possible tools.

Join us in welcoming the new Cameroon Flying Labs team to the Global Flying Labs Network, and stay tuned to the Flying Labs blog for updates on their work.
