Impact Summary

In the flood-prone district of Tierras Altas in Western Panama, a Twilio-supported Collaborative Learning Project brought together Panama Flying Labs, local authorities, emergency responders, community organizations, and technical partners to combine drone imagery, satellite data, and local knowledge.
