Tsheltrim holds a Diploma in Survey and Geoinfomatics. He is experienced at leading and conducting topographic surveys and mapping, operating survey equipment like RTK, Total Station, Digital Level and drones. In addition, Tsheltrim is experienced in conducting land fragmentation, border demarcation and Control Point constructions. Proficient with LISCAD, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, Pix4D, and Agisoft Metashape.
