Sony Belizaire holds a Master's Degree in International relations (AIU), Master Certificate in System Design and Project Leadership, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Certificate in PMPpro, and Certificate in MEAL Dpro. He worked as a presenter at sympodium in education-related ICT4D (Washington DC) and at CRS ICT4D Conference (Rwanda, Gana, Uganda, Kenya). He also held TDYer ICT4D position (Niger, RDC, Madagascar, Nigeria).
