Samuel E. Jean is a Statistician, Researcher, and M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) specialist. He has worked for NGO’s, CBO, and private firms in Haiti. He has more than 10 years of experience as a researcher-statistician. Mr. Jean has extensive experience in statistical consulting related to an opinion survey, social marketing, and governance. His interest varies from solutions for big data problems, health, politics and environmental problems, and general analytics. He works on technology support projects, including mobile data collection, GIS, web design, social application development, programming, and database management.
