Mohammadsanaulla K. Huddar is a Research Fellow in ICAR-IARI. He is currently handling the geospatial part of ICAR funded project, whose aim is to produce “Metal Atlas” of Basmati Rice growing regions of North India. Earlier he was a part of ICAR-IASRI where he was involved in an attempt to optimize the crop cutting experiments and develop a new methodology for crop insurance. This agricultural graduate has completed his post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Remote sensing – ISRO, Dehradun with a specialization in Agriculture and Soil. His broad area of research is: Applications of remote sensing and GIS in agriculture, drought vulnerability, sample survey, and soil science. He is one of the Technical Experts at India Flying Labs and Caerobotics.
