Irendra Radjawali is a researcher focusing on political-ecology and social-ecological system analysis of ecosystem change in the Southeast Asia region, particularly in Indonesia by among others elaborating spatial planning processes and regimes and elaborating various research methods/approaches ranging from ethnography, agent-based model to network analysis. His previous works have been dealing with terrestrial as well as marine and coastal ecosystems (live reef food fish/LRFF) and his recent works are focusing on the riparian ecosystem and rain-forest in Borneo. Fascinated by a drone & data and technology, he works mostly with local community members dealing with maps, data to fight deforestation.
