Co-Founder and Coordinator
Hermenegildo is the founder of Dronesig Angola UAV, the host organization of Angola Flying Labs. He is an experienced drone pilot with competencies in GIS and project management. He has participated in many training both within Angola and outside the country. Presently, he consults for micro and small businesses in the drone and startup space.
Hemenegildo holds a bachelor's degree in Geology and Mineral Resources from Russia and a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
