Gustavo Pereira Santos

Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Hub Collaborator

Gustavo is a multidisciplinary researcher with experience in astrophysics and control engineering. He has studied star formation and nucleosynthesis, focusing on the formation of elements beyond iron. His research interests also extend to general relativity, where he analyzed the motion of objects falling into black holes.

In aerospace engineering, he investigated the vibrational response of rockets under transient thrust conditions, particularly analyzing the impact of ramp-up dynamics on structural behavior.

With international experience, he lived in Canada for a cultural and academic exchange, which broadened his global perspective on engineering and research. Passionate about applied mathematics and physics, he also explores control systems and tutors' mathematics and science to children and teenagers worldwide.
