Gifty Narh

Co-Founder

Gifty Narh Guiella is the Co-Founder and Director of CORADE, the host organisation of Burkina Faso Flying Labs, which specialises in project management, training of engineers, and provides consulting services. She has more than 20 years of experience in rural development and has coordinated a dozen projects and programs on various rural economy issues, such as food security, community management of natural resources, agricultural consulting, rural entrepreneurship, and the integration of young people in agro-silvopastoral trades. She has also conducted numerous mandates in evaluation, adult training and organisational development in Burkina Faso and the West African sub-region (Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone) and Central Africa (Cameroon). Gifty has been an Ashoka Fellow for more than ten years and chairs the board of directors of Inter-Réseaux Développement Rural, the Network of Agricultural Advisory Services of West and Central Africa (RESCAR/AOC) and the Network of Women for Peace and Cohesion. She also has several publications to her credit.
