Fazle Elahi Tonmoy
Coordinator, Community and Operations, Bangladesh Flying Labs

Fazle Elahi Tonmoy is a robotics and automation specialist with extensive experience in IoT, embedded systems, and product development. He has worked as an R&D and Production Engineer at FronTech Limited, managing projects, supervising interns, and contributing to product innovation. As a Trainer and Developer at JRC Board, he played a pivotal role in beta-testing Bangladesh’s first true IoT-based microcontroller and trained over 100 students in advanced robotics.
Previously, Tonmoy was a Junior System Design and Production Engineer at Computer Services Limited, where he helped develop the JRC Board and co-organized two of the largest hackathons in Bangladesh. As the Founder of Tech Topia, a tech-based community platform, he is actively involved in training and mentoring young minds in robotics and industrial automation.
Beyond his professional roles, he has been a core organizer and coordinator for several major robotics competitions, including the World Robot Olympiad Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Robot Olympiad. He has also served as an FPV Drone Instructor for Bangladesh Flying Labs, training over 100 students in drone-building technologies.
With a strong skillset in robotics design, PCB development, microcontrollers, automation systems, and content creation, Tonmoy continues to drive innovation while inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts.
