Dr. Eng. Erastus Mwanaumo

Erastus completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management, Bachelors of Science, Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation of Education Sector Projects, Certificate in Climate Change Management, and various other certificates in Health and Safety, Environment Research and Development. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (UK)(FCIOB – Chartered construction Manager), Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK) (MRICS), a registered Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) with South African Council of Project and Construction Management Professionals (SACPCMP), a Registered Engineer (REng) with Engineers’ Registration Board of Zambia (EngRB), a Professional Engineer with Engineers Institute of Zambia (MEIZ), and a Practicing Consulting Engineer with Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia. He consults for the World Bank in research, evaluating loans and programs performance funded by the Bank to countries within the SADC region; has led a team of experts in a Programme Implementation Committee for the African Development Bank Funded project; is Senior Individual Expert to European Union-funded Programmes and NTU Strategic Development Consultants of Denmark in SADC and East African Region; consults for AECOM as an Infrastructure Lead on Cities and Infrastructure for (Economic) Growth project (5 years) funded by the UKAID’s DFID; leads a technical team for project negotiations between Zambia government and the Russian Government (Rosatom)
