Noble Mutoko
IT and GIS officer
Noble Mutoko is a software developer and a budding livestock farmer. He is a Zimbabwean national currently studying Information Technology at the University of Namibia (UNAM). He works as a freelance developer and is involved in agriculture. As the Namibia Flying Labs IT and GIS officer, Noble utilizes skills gained from his IT training and personal projects. He also serves as an assistant data handling, processing, and interpretation personnel.
