Daniel Tossou

Flying Labs Director

Daniel Tossou is a trained cartographer and geographer with a PhD in environmental geoscience and spatial planning. As an expert in Geographic Information Systems, he worked for 15 years with the German Cooperation GIZ and, the French Development Agency and the Millennium Challenge Account MCA Benin. From 2013 to 2018, he was an Expert in Cartography and GIS for the UNDP Benin and the European Union. Since February 2018, he become Managing Director of ATLAS-GIS, Benin Flying Labs. Daniel did his drone pilot training in La Rochelle, France. He is the President of the Beninese Association of Drone Professionals and Amateurs (ABePA-Drone) and the President of the Beninese Association of Cartography and Geographic Information ( ABC).
